How Healthy is Work?

Work provides us with a purpose, challenges that we have to overcome using our knowledge and experience. This session will enable you to recognise stress factors and design a framework for managing the levels of workload across your organisation.
The 1 day workshop is designed to provide the attendee with a mixture of theoretical and practical sessions to explore the following;

- Identify work stress and work strain in your workplace

- ETTO principle (Hollnagel)
- Work As Imagined vs Work As Done (Hollnagel)
- Constructive Ergonomics (Falzon)
- A framework for enabling organisational learning and development
- Designing a human centred organisation ISO 27500:2017
By the end of the session, the attendee will have a better understanding of the factors and mechanisms that influence how they work and how it can effect their mental and physical wellbeing.
Terms and Conditions
A single ticket for each session is £100 plus VAT. The sessions run from 10am until 4pm. Lunch is provided, please let us know about any dietary requirements when booking. Accommodation is not included but we can provide you with a list of places to stay. If you are booked onto a session and unable to attend, please provide us with at least 48hrs warning otherwise you will be charged the full fee for non-attendance.
